David and Alexis were one of our couples that had to postpone their wedding due to the Covid-19 pandemic. During their engagement session, Alexis told us that she was actually happy that it got postponed because she got the chance to completely change the style of her Windmill House wedding! For her 2020 wedding, she wanted to go for a rustic look and even had cowgirl boots ready. But with the ability to change things around, she decided to go with a glam and elegant theme. We couldn’t be more excited because her decor was beautiful!
We’d never had a Windmill house wedding and this venue did not disappoint! From the beautiful green arches to the huge lake that surrounded the property, there was not a single spot that was not a photographers dream location.
All our weddings as of late, the bride and groom have been very nice to each other during the cake cutting/feeding. So we were beyond thrilled that they wanted to have a little fun. If you scroll to the very bottom of the post, you will see their fun cake feeding with the Nothing Bundt Cakes!
