Japanese Friendship Garden Engagement Session | Daniel + Rebecca

FILED IN: Engagement

Daniel and Rebecca had a beautiful Japanese Friendship Garden engagement session. We’ve never shot there before so it was so much fun exploring somewhere new! The Japanese Friendship Garden is a Japanese Stroll Garden with a tea garden and a tea house. It features more than 1,500 tons of hand-picked rock, stone foot bridges, lanterns and more than 50 varieties of plants. There’s even flowing streams, a 12-foot waterfall, and a Koi pond with over 300 colorful Koi fish!

We love when our couple’s have something in common with us, especially if it’s Disney! Daniel actually popped the question at the most magical place on earth! One of these days, we hope we get to capture a proposal there. But for now, we are happy seeing photos of our couples getting proposed at Disneyland.

For Daniel and Rebecca’s Japanese Friendship Garden engagement session, they wore 2 outfits. The second outfit included Daniel’s heritage. It was an Indonesian outfit! Rebecca wore a Kebaya and the shirt that Daniel wore as well as the skirt Rebecca wore was a fabric called Batik.
