We met Ashlie a few years ago at an event for Disney and have been following her on social media ever since. Her page is full of fun Disney things, not only just at Disneyland but at Disney World as well! So of course when John popped the question, we knew they definitely needed to have a fun Disneyland engagement session.
Ashlie’s outfit was adorable and went with the Disneyland theme. She wore an adorable black and white polka dot dress that matched her polka dot Minnie Mouse ears. John kept it casual and matched Ashlie in the black and white theme.
We shot their Disneyland engagement session during the holiday season so it was fun to get to shoot with all the Christmas decorations. The castle was all decked out and looked beautiful with the ornament wreath and garland, and Haunted Mansion was full of “Nightmare Before Christmas” decor.
If you know us, you know we always sneak in a ride or two at Disneyland. For this session, we rode the Teacups and King Arthur Carrousel. Both rides that causes motion sickness lol. You know Suzanne had to eat some of the ginger candies that she always carries around.
We love Disneyland so much and were so happy to be able to capture some of Ashlie and John’s happily ever after engagement photos at the most magical place on earth!
