Ben and Kathleen planned to have their wedding of their dream location in Ireland; right along the coast, with old castle ruins in the background. When Kathleen told me about it and showed me pictures, I was super jealous that I wasn’t getting married there! But because of the pandemic, they were not allowed to go to Ireland during their planned date to get married. They didn’t want to delay their special day so instead of postponing the wedding, they had a beautiful Chehalis farm wedding.
Kathleen planned her wedding in a little under two months! She knew she wanted to get married somewhere with water so she reached out to her friend. She remembered that she had a farm with a river that runs along it which was exactly what she wanted. Organic Valley Farm was the perfect spot for Ben and Kathleen’s Chehalis farm wedding. The farm is 100 acres and is an organic dairy farm. This was also special for Kathleen because she grew up on a farm raising beef cows! Being that we were on a dairy farm, we tried to snap some bridal portraits in front of all the adorable cows. Suzanne even got lucky enough to step in a cow pie!
After the ceremony, all of their family members were saying the that they must have been so lucky because throughout the entire ceremony, a bald eagle was soaring through the sky!
